## What We're Looking For
**Must-Haves:**
- 3+ years of experience working in a team (we care more about team dynamics and collaboration skills than strict years of experience)
- Solid understanding of Git and modern development workflows
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to technologies we use (TypeScript / Node.js / React / AWS)
> You don’t need to be an expert yet — but you should be able to pick things up quickly and work effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with common best practices and development principles
> (TDD, DDD, SOLID, Onion Architecture, etc.)
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly explain your technical decisions
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable learning independently
- Intermediate English proficiency (you should be able to communicate and collaborate effectively in English.)
**Nice-to-Haves:**
- Broad experience across different languages, paradigms, or frameworks
> We’re especially interested in engineers who can bring strengths and insights from other tech stacks — not just to choose the right tools, but to create new ones when needed.
- Basic Japanese proficiency.
