We’re looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer who’s ready to grow, learn fast, and contribute to real-world projects. You don’t need to be an expert yet — we care more about your mindset, your willingness to try, and how you work with others.
## What We're Looking For
We want someone who:
- Has 1+ year of experience working in a team environment (Company, Internship, etc)
- Understands the basics of Git (branches, merges, rebasing, etc.)
- Has experience working with TypeScript and React
- Is not afraid to try, fail, and improve — you’re comfortable working in short feedback loops and iterating quickly
- Shares ideas, concerns, and feedback openly — and learns from others
> Strong opinions, held loosely. You don’t need to always be right — just willing to discuss and grow.
- Has basic English skills and is willing to speak up and improve
> Must be able to listen, read, and write. All tickets, chats, and senior-level discussions are in English.
## What You'll Be Doing
- Fullstack development with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Collaborating with the team on feature development and improvements
- Giving and receiving feedback on tasks and ideas
- Asking questions, suggesting ideas, and learning by doing
