② エキスパートソリューション（調査・アドバイス）
調査レポートの作成や戦略的アドバイスなど、成果物の提供まで行う調査・コンサルティングサービス。
③ エキスパートナレッジバンク（知見データベース）
世界中で実施されたエキスパートインタビューを体系的に蓄積し、必要な時にアクセスして情報収集できる知見データベース。
④ プライムタレントパートナーズ（ハイクラス人材紹介）
コンサルティングファーム・投資ファンド領域に特化したハイクラス人材紹介サービス。

業務詳細
日本市場向けのインバウンドマーケティング施策(ウェビナー・SNS広告)を企画からディレクションまで担う専任ポジション。将来的にはGlobal Marketing Head配下への異動などを想定しています。
ウェビナー・セミナーの企画立案〜集客〜運営〜効果測定までの一貫リード
SNS広告(LinkedIn/Meta/X等)における出稿先選定・クリエイティブ方向性のディレクション
代理店・フリーランスへの発注・ディレクション・パフォーマンス管理
獲得リードのセールス連携・商談化フローの構築
施策ごとのKPI設計とROI/CPA分析・レポーティング
日本マーケットの特性(トラストシグナル・商習慣等)を踏まえた施策最適化
求める経験・スキル
必須（MUST） BtoBリード獲得〜商談設定までを自ら設計・実行し、数字で語れる実務経験
ウェビナー・セミナー等のイベント施策を主導した実績
SNS広告における出稿設計・代理店ディレクション経験
外部リソース(代理店・フリーランス)のマネジメント経験
歓迎（WANT） BtoB無形商材でのマーケティング経験(目安5〜10年)
MAツール・CRMを活用したリード〜セールス連携フローの構築経験
多国籍組織・スタートアップでの業務経験
