Working alongside our PdM and frontend devs, you'll own UI/UX design for our SaaS product. It's early-stage but past product-market fit, with real users.
This isn't website design. It's product design for a SaaS application used daily in real workflows.
You won't write production code, but you'll work closely with the devs.
This is a mid-to-senior role. We expect you to take a loosely defined problem to a shipped answer, including interviewing customers and operators yourself.
Our product is in security. A security background isn't required, but a willingness to learn the domain is. You can't design operator workflows well without understanding the work.
# Language Requirements
Our dev team works in both English and Japanese. Japanese is required, since our customers and internal security operators are Japanese speakers.
# What We Look For
- Clean, well-crafted UI with clear reasoning behind it
- Improving UX autonomously through direct conversation with users and internal operators
- Designing reusable components and patterns that stay coherent as the product grows
- Handing off cleanly to engineers, including states and edge cases, and following through to release
- Willingness to learn an unfamiliar domain in depth
# Requirements
- A portfolio. We'd like to see how you think, not only final screens: the problem, what you tried, what you'd change now. Any format works.
- Japanese communication skills sufficient to interview customers
- Proficiency with Figma. We design in Figma and Claude Design.
# Nice to Have
- Ability to move faster with AI tools while owning the final output (no AI slop)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Existing knowledge of the security domain
- Experience designing internal tools or operator-facing workflows
# Working Environment
- A foreigner-friendly workplace with many international team members
- Fully remote
- Flextime, core hours 10:00–14:00
- Laptop and monitor provided
- Claude and other AI tools available

欧米では、この仕組みが「バグバウンティ」として一般化しており、ホワイトハッカー達が企業のセキュリティを守っている反面、日本では一般化していない現状がありました。
