# 仕事内容
専門家インタビューをもとに制作される記事コンテンツについて、公開前の法務・コンプライアンスチェックを担っていただきます。事業の急拡大に伴いコンテンツ量が増加する中、品質とスピードを両立させる要としてご活躍いただくポジションです。
* インタビュー記事のレビュー、および未公開重要情報（MNPI）・営業秘密・第三者の権利を侵害しうる記述の特定
* 該当箇所について、具体的な数値や固有情報を適切な形に修正（レンジ化・抽象化等）する最終判断・処理
* 名誉毀損、著作権侵害など、記事公開に伴う法的リスクの洗い出しとチェック体制の運用
* 将来的には、レビュー業務を担うメンバーのマネジメント、チェック基準の策定・標準化
* 事業成長に応じたコンプライアンスチェック体制・プロセスの構築（AIツール活用による効率化の検討含む）
# 求める経験・スキル
_必須要件(MUST)_
* 法務部またはIR部門における実務経験
_歓迎要件(WANT)_
* 法学部出身、または著作権・名誉毀損等に関する法律知識
* インサイダー取引規制、情報管理、適時開示など金融商品取引法（金商法）関連業務の経験
* 未公開重要情報（MNPI）や営業秘密に該当しうる情報を文章の中から的確に察知できる感度
* 複数メンバー・外部パートナーのマネジメント経験
* 英語でのコミュニケーション経験（グローバル8拠点・多国籍チームとの連携があるため）
* スタートアップ・新規事業における「正解のない環境」でのゼロイチ経験
* 生成AI等のツールを活用した業務効率化への関心・実務経験
